Review by hotel critic
As an architect from Rio de Janeiro with an appreciation for historical architecture, Le Méridien Lav captured my heart with its blend of modern luxury and ancient seaside charm. During my stay for a gourmet getaway, I found myself drawn to the culinary delights this hotel had to offer. The delectable breakfast buffet at Spalatum Restaurant, set against the stunning Adriatic Sea view, was a feast for both the eyes and the palate.Exploring the wide choice of restaurants on the Marina Promenade was a delight. From savoring Chef's grilled meat to indulging in the best Croatian wine selection, each dining experience was a culinary journey in itself. However, for a more casual evening, I ventured across the road to Fabio, where I found exceptional value and flavorsome dishes unlike the Pivnica restaurant within the hotel.Le Méridien Lav's culinary innovation truly shines, making it a haven for food enthusiasts seeking a taste of Croatia's finest dining experiences.
